GrailFigs LLC is a Texas limited liability company operating an online retail store specializing in secondhand and pre-owned collectible figures and related merchandise. Most items are previously owned, individually listed, and available in a quantity of one.
2. Use of Our Website

3. Products & Pricing
GrailFigs sells primarily secondhand and pre-owned collectible figures. Each item is individually listed and available in a quantity of one. All product descriptions, condition grades, and images are provided in good faith and are as accurate as possible. Prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the full order amount including applicable taxes and shipping. You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment.
5. Shipping
We ship from Frisco, Texas. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to Texas in accordance with Texas state law. Tax rates are determined by the delivery address.
